We loved staying in the artsy district, surrounded by cool galleries and trendy cafes. The location was also great for shopping as it's in a new 'European' area with a modern shopping centre. Plus, we found some amazing restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, and the service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering traditional local options as well as more familiar tastes. We also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.
We did experience some trouble with the pet policy, which was not clear and could be improved for future visitors.

the exclusive amenities completely fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent massages and the swimming pool was perfect for laps. the outdoor swimming pool was equipped with sun loungers and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the Restaurant served Halal food and provided In-room breakfast options. the location advantages were great. It was conveniently located in the New City area but within walking distance to the median and the Square. the private facilities were exceptional.
The only minor issue I faced was with the service of the concierge. They were mostly unavailable and it was difficult to plan city tours.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with a range of locally-sourced produce. Highly recommended for couples, families and groups seeking an authentic Marrakech experience.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's shopping centre, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, with so many varieties to choose from and helpful staff guiding us. The hotel facilities were great, especially the heated pool in the centre of the hotel that our children loved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the guest Relationship manager who helped us plan our visits and find the best trips and taxis.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The pool area was lovely and well-maintained. Despite a hiccup with my room not being ready on time, the staff were efficient in resolving the issue. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend Radisson Blu.

The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants, a mall, and transportation options. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with stylish furniture and a nice bathroom.
